Complete the following form to register.

Required Information
Username/login name:	Required. Publicly-visible name also used as your login name. You will need your username and a password to gain access (login) to the site. An initial password is emailed to you after you register. Yes, it can be changed after your first login.
Email Address:	You must provide a valid email address because your password will be emailed shortly after you register and whenever you request a password reminder. If you have junk-mail filters, you may need to ensure that mail can be received from this site. This email address is not made available to anyone except the site administrator.
First Name:	Required. Your first name will be visible to other members of the site.
Last Name:	Required. Your last name (surname) will be visible to other members of the site.
Timezone:	Required. Your time zone (not adjusted for Daylight Savings Time) helps us provide you with better service.
Premium Content (Enter your Premium Access Code from the book)
New Access Code:	{ - - - - } If you have a Premium Content Access Code, enter it here to be granted 6 months access to the Premium areas on this site. This code can be found on the "Congratulations" page hidden under the gray paint or printed on each page of the EBook.

Public Email:	Publicly-visible e-mail address. This address is not used by the site and is not required.
Optional Public Information
Occupation:	Your job title, position or description. This is helpful in case other members wish to contact you.
Location:	Your country/state.
Interests:	Your involvements and interests that you want to share with other members.
